Round Table ...it's not what you think!

It's a great excuse to go out for a few beers and have a laugh, and make some new friends under the guise of giving something back to the community. Simple as that!

Although we are sometimes very serious about organising our Award winning events, the main rule is to have some fun! We are always looking for like-minded men to join us so we can increase our group numbers to add further banter and also give us a hand helping out with our events throughout the year.

We are not a bunch of old men sitting round discussing town affairs, local politics and the problems with the youth of today! We are not some strange secret society with funny handshakes and wierd rituals that you have to perform. We are also not about standing out in the street every weekend shaking buckets, although this has been known to happen at some events. It's a great way to make some friends if you are new in town, work out of the area and have no way to meet other men for friendship without feeliing odd or seem to be stuck in staring at the same four walls every night talking to yourself. Although if the last one is you, then maybe we don't want you!

Petersfield Table usually meets every fortnight on a Thursday in The Square Brewery and has a varied diary of events throughout the year, see the calendar on every page. It's a Flash plug-in so if you have an iPad, iPod, iPhone or any other posey Apple products, it won't work on them!

If you would like to find out more about Petersfield Round Table or to see about coming along to the next meeting, please get in touch. Come out, have a beer and see what we do. What have you got to lose? We like to think of it as laughing and drinking... for charity!

Supporting local good causes is a valuable and rewarding part of Tabling so if you are a local person in need of support or a member of a local charity get in touch. We will do what we can to help. We are also very happy to receive your support in any form. If you have any questions or suggestions email chairman@petersfieldrt.org.uk.
